Great room, so cozy and that view from the window was absolutely stunning! 🌄 They were able to accommodate all our requests without any issues. Plus, the location was super convenient, right next to Nepal.

The hotel boasts stunning views, especially from the rooms with balconies. the staff is friendly and helpful, with an excellent customer service. the location is great, being close to the lake. Some rooms come with good amenities, such as televisions with streaming services or spacious bathrooms.

Spent a lovely Xmas break at this hotel with amazing views of the lake and mountains from the balcony. The private balcony was something special to watch the sunset from. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was ideal for exploring the city and lakeside. The room was complete with all streaming services making it perfect for a cozy night in.
The hotel could have benefitted from a better breakfast menu, but the staff were happy to cook whatever we needed verbally. , there was some noise from the final construction stages and the room lacked a refrigerator.

The hotel's location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. the breakfast menu was great, offering delicious choices.
Few rooms lacked refrigerators, and some parts of the hotel were under construction, making noise during the day. the hot water in the shower didn't get as hot as we would have liked.
